Biostimulation with polynucleotides

Know also as salmon sperm facial.

Discover HP Cell Vitaran – the latest breakthrough in aesthetic medicine designed to rejuvenate and restore facial skin, including the delicate area around the eyes.

HP Cell Vitaran is a biostimulant that regenerates and strengthens the skin, especially in the periorbital region. Thanks to polynucleotides (PN), this innovative active ingredient stimulates the skin’s natural regeneration process in three key ways:

  • Lifting: Polynucleotides stimulate the production of skin cells, collagen, and elastin, resulting in firmer skin that appears fuller and less translucent.
  • Antioxidant action: Polynucleotides protect the skin by reducing the harmful effects of free radicals.
  • Hydration: Polynucleotides bind water, ensuring long-lasting skin hydration.

Polynucleotides also have an important effect on microcirculation, promoting the formation of new microvessels and improving the skin’s oxygen supply.
The product is CE-certified for medical use.

What are the indications for HP Cell Vitaran?

  • Concerns with the skin around the eyes – the treatment effectively smooths and brightens the under-eye area (reducing dark circles)
  • Signs of aging
  • Wrinkles
  • Skin laxity
  • Photoaging
  • Dry and dull skin
  • Acne scars

What are polynucleotides?

Polynucleotides are small fragments of nucleic acids (DNA and RNA) derived from salmon and trout tissue, and are biocompatible with the human body.

What are the benefits of polynucleotides?

They trigger the skin’s natural regeneration process by hydrating the skin, stimulating cell renewal, and promoting collagen production. As a result, the skin becomes more elastic and plump. Polynucleotides also have antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties.

Polynucleotides and the eye area

The eye area is often the first to show signs of aging, such as wrinkles and sagging. This is because the skin in this region is one of the thinnest on the face, making it more prone to wrinkles, dryness, and other aging signs.

Additionally, the skin around the eyes contains very few sebaceous glands, meaning it’s not naturally well-hydrated. It also responds quickly to fatigue, stress, and lack of sleep – leading to dark circles, puffiness, and wrinkles.

Using polynucleotides in this area helps improve elasticity, hydration, and reduce fine lines.

How does the procedure work?

The product is injected into the dermal layer using very fine needles. The procedure is well tolerated; a numbing cream can be applied if desired.

After the procedure, small papules may appear on the skin’s surface, usually lasting 1–2 days.

It is recommended to undergo 3–4 treatments at intervals of 15–30 days.

Who should avoid the procedure?

  • Individuals with fish allergies
  • People with autoimmune diseases
  • Those prone to keloid scarring
  • Pregnant women
  • Breastfeeding mothers
